Hi! I’m Stef.

I am a writer, producer, and creative strategist doing work with purpose and heart. I collaborate with leaders, organizations, and causes addressing our most pressing social and environmental challenges.

My approach relies heavily on interviews, where I try to draw out the insights and perspective only the person sitting before me can provide. I love building relationships as much as crafting words on the page.

From 2009 to 2017, I worked at Tipping Point Community. By the end of my time there, I was Director of Content + Creative, overseeing brand, messaging, and storytelling.

I studied Urban Studies and Creative Writing at Stanford. My credited and collaborative work has appeared in outlets including the San Francisco Chronicle, Stanford Social Innovation Review, and The Nation.

I have a red retriever named Rodeo. I inherited my watercolors from my grandma. And I’m currently working on a memoir.
